Are you or your Year 6 child worried about the transition from Primary to Secondary education?

The Next Phase Ready programme consists of a set of digital episodes across six key areas of Year 6 into 7 transition. Each episode is designed for parents and their Year 6 child to work through together, in-the-home, helping to ensure that your child is fully equipped for the next phase of their educational journey.

Parents simply purchase a one-off subscription which allows access to all six episodes. Each episode contains video insights from Steve, with activity based questions and quizzes. Episodes can be accessed at your own pace and in any order. At approximately 30 minutes per episode, each can be viewed on a tablet, smart TV or smartphone via the Teachable app or website.
